It all started when Matt Nichols stepped into the Medical repair industry in early 2015.  He worked alongside the SPD and OR staff at a large Arkansas hospital for a short time.  That led to an opportunity working as a Technician with one of the largest instrument management companies in the world.  

        While there, he quickly learned everything that he possibly could.  His Dad would always tell him "Son, if there's anything you can do to add value to your name... DO IT".  So he did.  Matt quickly moved his way up to supervisor, then into a Regional Operation Manager role because of his leadership and training skills.  Training became a passion as he traveled all over the nation to train individuals on instrument, case cart, rolling stock, and positioning device repairs.

        in 2023, Matt noticed that the journey of the last 9 years had reached a point where his impact could only keep going by him taking a step he had never taken before.  He had to step out on his own.  So in October of 2023, REMS Rolling Equipment Management Services LLC was founded and the crazy journey of owning a small business began.  Since then, REMS has been steadily growing.  Our goal is to leave our new customers pleasantly surprised with a smile on their faces by providing them amazing service they aren't used to and didn't know was possible.  

        Lastly, in the words of the late Roger Nichols, "There should always be proof if someone says they care about people".  Let us show you the proof.
